When Mercy is working with any team, she knows the most important element is the people, and that’s why she’s a certified Behavioral Consultant. With this certification Mercy is able to use proven tools for teams to come together to communicate effectively minimize conflict and improve their relationships in order to accelerate results.
Mercy’s specialty is managers and executives and she applies her experience and education to help them to achieve the outcomes they desire, while becoming better leaders in the process. She is appointed as a Maxwell Leadership Executive Director and uses this appointment to help advance the fundamental principle that; everyone deserves to be led well.
Mercy is an author of the book; “Three’s Divine.” She has received many prestigious awards for her contributions, including the Maxwell Live2Lead Global 2020 Award and a World Women Leadership Award in 2019 for her work in the Middle East. She has a Master’s degree in Leadership & Sustainability from University of Cumbria, in the United Kingdom. She is the current Chair for the Services sector at the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) and is a member of Women in Manufacturing (WIM) steering committee.
Mercy has been married for 20+ years to her friend and soulmate Crispin Achola and together have an 18-year-old son named Sean. As a person of faith her mantra is to be a river and not a reservoir and she wants to ‘die empty
