Jeanette is the Market Lead for the Indochina Markets at Mercer Singapore. She oversees Mercer’s product solutions and salary survey in Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos, helping clients with their talent strategies especially in the area of compensation and benefits. Jeanette also has experience delivering a range of HR projects for both MNCs as well as large local conglomerates in Cambodia and Myanmar in the areas rewards, job architecture, employee engagement and HR transformation.
