For the past 16 years, he has been in Technology & Finance sectors in various portfolios from product design & technology development, to financial business operations & management. Prior to Onepay, he was a Director at Asia Green Development Bank.

Tony Thong, a Malaysian with 30 years of banking experience, and the last 20 years focusing in payments solutions for banks and financial intuitions. He has worked in major banks in Malaysia such as Maybank Berhad, UOB Bank Berhad and Citibank before joining Visa International LLC, a Global payment solution company for 10 years. After Visa International LLC, he moved to Myanmar and joined KBZ Bank Ltd to managed the Cards operation and Risks before heading the Merchant team for KBZPay. He later joined Myanmar Citizen Bank to head the digital banking and alternate channel team.

Tony experience spans across strategic business planning, budget and P & L Management, operational and process automation improvement, payment system integrations and digitizing business products and services.

Some of his key achievement is launching various Debit and Credit card products with multiple banks, launching KBZPay, overseeing the Merchants solutions and Mobile Banking with MCB.

Yin Min has in depth knowledge and experience in digital transformation and human centered design thinking.

With her strong fintech and digital background, she is presently the Head of Fintech & Digital at uab bank. Currently Yin Min is leading for fintech and digital initiative of uab bank to build an inclusive digital ecosystem. She is the person in charge of the iconic first celebrity app, SaiSai Pay and uabpay+ which forms the building blocks of uab digital ecosystem.

William is a go-getter, hustler with exceptional social skills. He has gained knowledge of banking products and service delivery from DBS Bank. During his role as Consultant at Singapore Manufacturing Federation, he advised SMEs and MNCs for the productivity projects and training plans while constantly hitting KPIs.
Since relocating back to Myanmar, William has actively been involved in the education and e-commerce sectors with a wealth of knowledge and connections in finance, tech, and retail industries. Currently, he's part of the team to lead the digital banking initiative of AYA Bank.
William holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Manchester Business School and a Master of International Banking and Finance, Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Salford.

He went to Singapore Management University.
