Manoj Purush is the Partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP Singapore Corporate Team. He has 12+ years’ experience working in over 9 different Asian countries, including working for a major US law firm prior to joining the firm. Manoj focused on cross-border M&A, private equity and various forms of foreign direct investment including on pre-investment anti-bribery and corruption issues. Also regularly advises clients with respect to regional labour and employment issues arising from restructuring and reorganization, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and post-acquisition integration and on global mobility concerns relating to expatriate assignments or the transfer of personnel between countries. Manoj's notable achievements include the restructuring of a Middle Eastern shipping business to be listed on the Singapore secondary exchange (Catalist). He is qualified as an English Solicitor and fluent in Malay and Bahasa Indonesia

Tun regularly advises multinational companies on all corporate aspects of their investment in emerging jurisdictions (including structuring, investment commission approvals and commercial contracts). Tun started his legal career in London with a large international law firm and also spent two years at the firm’s London office. Tun is originally from Yangon and he is one of the few international corporate lawyers with Myanmar language skills.

Ai Ling’s principal responsibility is advising private equity and corporate clients in their risk issues through their deal cycle. Ai Ling has pioneered the development and growth of warranty and indemnity insurance throughout ASEAN where she has achieved milestones such as placing the first onshore warranty and indemnity policy in Malaysia and Philippines, placing the first Litigation Buyout policy in Asia Pacific and recently, placing the policy with the largest limit in Asia.
