Congratulations to the 2023 Grants in Place Fellows!

Our friends at Rural Schools Collaborative are excited to announce the 2022-23 Celia B. Godsil Grants in Place Fellow Awardees. This grant is extended to rural classroom teachers who teach in school districts that are located in one of the Rural Schools Collaborative's 14 Regional Hub areas.

NREA Affiliates are encouraged to learn more about the projects in their region, and reach out to if they are interested in sharing a press release about the awardee in their region.

The University of South Carolina Seeks Applicants for the Institute in Measurement MEthodology in Rural STEM Education – Postdoctoral Research Fellowships (IMMERSE-PRF)
 
Deadline: January 17, 2023

Selected scholars will receive an annual salary of $70,000 for two years, up to $4,000 per year for travel to conferences, and up to $2,000 per year for statistical and research training. The desired start date is June 1, 2023. Review of applications begins Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Please see the job posting at USC Jobs () for further information. Education research experience is not required. Interdisciplinary rural researchers are encouraged to apply.
