Technology such as Abrasive Water Jet Cutting alone is not a technology rather a method of cutting material using a water and garnet concentration. How the medium is delivered, controlled and monitored is a technology by itself with the operation being a skill. By applying both this technology and skill we are able to provide efficiencies and securities during Well P&A, Installation Removal and Subsea Infrastructure Removal. Arising from Covid-19 there has been multitude of disputes in all sectors resulting from supply chain disruptions to lock down financial woes. Speakers included in this fireside chat were Louise Azmi-Barrister-at-law(Lincoln's Inn), Advocate & Solicitor at the High Court Malaysia, Tan Swee Im- International Arbitrator member, Andrew Sill-Chairman BMCC, Managing Director, Country Head of Commercial Banking, HSBC Malaysia. The discussion was moderated by our Executive Director, Jennifer Lopez. 

 
BMCC visits Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) for potential collaborations

On 20 July 2020, The Executive Director of BMCC, Jennifer Lopez and our Public Affairs Manager, Rohazwan Zakaria visited MIDA. They had a fruitful meeting with Mr Sikh Shamsul Ibrahim (Director, Foreign Investment Division) and Mr Shamsul Amir Azman@Azman Amin (Assistant Director, Foreign Investment Division) to discuss a potential collaborations and opportunities for UK companies.

A fresh visit by BMCC to the Malaysian Green Technology & Climate Change Centre (GreenTech Malaysia)

The Chamber's Executive Director, Jennifer Lopez and Rohazwan Zakaria, Public Affairs Manager visited the Malaysian Green Technology & Climate Change Centre which is also known as GreenTech Malaysia on 20 July 2020. The meeting between The Chamber and YBrs. En Shamsul Bahar Mohd Nor (Chief Executive Officer) together with Dr Gary William Theseira (Technical Advisor for Climate Change) was a successful effort. They discussed possibilities to explore potential programmes with GreenTech Malaysia relating to the initiatives on green energy across the private & public sector.

3 Learners in top 1% in the world for IB Diploma 2020
