Junaida Dato Dr Abdul Hamid
SHRM-SCPJunaida will be the lead trainer for SHRM-CP Workshops in Malaysia for Quarter 1 of 2018. Junaida has more than 20 years of operational, strategic and consulting experience in the areas of People Management, Talent Management and Learning and Development. June has worked locally and overseas across a broad range of industries ranging from Retail, Telecommunications, Banking and Finance, Insurance Central Banking and Education.
Some of her key engagements include Maxis, Celcom, Citibank, Allianz Malaysia, DiGi Telecommunications, MIDF and Monash University Sunway Campus.
Key achievements have been in HR Diagnostics, Reviews of Performance Management Process and Systems, HRIS systems proposal and implementation, Annual Salary and Benefits, Staff Handbook reviews, HR Policy and procedure reviews, eLearning system projects and many more. She contributes articles on Talent and Business English to The Star Newspaper and HR Matters Magazine.
June has also engaged and delivered training for more than 5,000 staff via definitive consultancy, facilitation and training, in the areas of Competency and Behavioural Based Change Management, Succession Planning, Team Building, Business English, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership Management, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, KPI Setting, Customer Service, Marketing and Secretarial Excellence. Known to conduct highly engaging and practical learning sessions that can be actively understood and applied immediately at the workplace.
June has gained valuable insight, having worked in the capacity of Strategic HR Partner with a broad range of organizations; thus she is able to focus on highly effective solutions that are centred on creating resilient thought leaders for the challenging business landscape. She provides a practical and hands on approach to providing the client with solutions, be it HR solutions and related areas.
