Registration requires submission of an application and prior approval by the Administrator to register for the conference. Only RMs & ROMs may qualify to attend a conference as a Prospective Member.

Guest (G)
Guest registrants include Speakers, Underwriters, and other select individuals. All individuals who request attendance at an annual conference must first obtain approval by the Administrator before they may register.
Kindly note that if you purchase any add-ons with a door price ticket or a free ticket, these add-ons will be treated either as door price or may require offline payment.
2025 Conference Refund Policy If your request is received by John Margaritis no later than March 28, 2025, then 75% of your registration fee will be refunded; if received by April 11, 2025, then 50% of your registration fee will be refunded; thereafter, no refund will be made. The reason for the no refund policy is that three weeks prior to the Conference, IACOA must guarantee and pay for all Food & Beverage, Meeting Space, Audio-Visual, and Exhibit Booths whether or not these goods and services are utilized.
