Drena Kusari connects transportation with technology to improve the lives of millions in the Phoenix metro. As the first female General Manager for Lyft, Drena oversees growth strategy, marketing and operations. Under her leadership, in the last year, Lyft has added over $40 million in economic value in Phoenix, and expects that number to more than double this year.
Drena is a dedicated leader and mentor in the community, volunteers on multiple boards and serves as a mentor for Social Venture Partners. For two years in a row, Drena has also served as a judge in the March Venture Madness competition. Drena serves as a mentor to young girls interested in STEM and technology careers and has recently become involved with Phoenix’s Girls in Tech chapter. Drena is also a powerful champion in the advancement of children and women and has made that clear through her support of Junior Achievement, Fresh Start and Arizona Women’s Education and Employment (AWEE) organizations. As she is originally from Kosovo, Drena is also a mentor and advisor at GjirafaLabs, one of the leading technology incubators in the Balkans.
Drena graduated with dual honors and a double major (BA in Economics and BA in Diplomacy) from Occidental College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston.
Tracy is a graduate of the University of Arizona, with a BSBA in Marketing. She started her career gaining 30 years of experience at Procter & Gamble; she developed Sales and Management teams, grew individuals' performance, and coordinated cross-department strategic planning with customers in the U.S. and globally. Tracy’s multi-functional experiences shaped her passion for developing people to accelerate business growth.
In 2016, Tracy was a finalist for both Tempe's Business Excellence Award and Business Woman of the Year. She is currently on the Board of the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, is a past chair of the Women in Business Council, and past facilitator for the mentoring program. Tracy was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award, Top Female Executive, and noted as one of the Top 101 Industry Experts for her work in Global Management Training Development by the University of Cambridge's Worldwide Who's Who.

He resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife of 29 years and his daughter. In his free time, Jeff enjoys writing fiction, creating music, mountain biking, and kayaking.

She's an Arizona native who grew up in a family of eight down in Tucson where she met and married her high school sweetheart.
She got her first job in TV as an intern who worked her way up to part- time reporter and assignment editor listening to scanners and coordinating crews to cover breaking news at KVOA in Tucson.
She also spent a summer interning at 48 Hours in Manhattan.
After graduating from the University of Arizona, Nicole moved to the Inland Northwest, where she spent four years reporting and anchoring at KREM 2 News in Spokane, WA.
In 2004, she and her husband moved back to Arizona to start a family, she says they never had a seven-year itch, they had a seven-year baby!
Now they have 2 kids, Callie & Cayden, and love taking R-V road trips to explore our Arizona lakes and forests with their Jack Russell Terrier, Dash.
Nicole loves to read and keep busy with community service and crafts, like quilting baby blankets, something her mom taught her to do by hand in elementary school.
Nicole's passion for storytelling and helping others is why she got into journalism.
She won an Emmy for her field anchoring of the deadly Tucson shooting and assassination attempt of then-Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and another for her "Keeping the Promise" series on military struggles and success profiles.
She is an active board member for the nonprofit, Military Assistance Mission, supporting our Arizona military families and wounded heroes.
