COMPASS Conference 2022 is themed The Key to Unlock Your DEI Potential. With that, COMPASS Institute hopes to continue to foster the establishment of DEI policies and best practices, to be the standard for procurement systems. COMPASS Conference participants gain the knowledge and skills to become DEI difference makers. This year we will be in Baltimore, MD for the COMPASS Conference with informative workshops, engaging speakers, networking and collaborative events. COMPASS Institute's global learning platform brings education for the international conference and a Learning-as-a-Service (LaaS) throughout the year. COMPASS participants will earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for courses taken through Morgan State University.

COMPASS Institute seeks to address barriers that reduce equitable access to markets and achieve economic inclusion for all groups into the mainstream ecosystem. We collaborate with industry leaders to develop a DEI performance scorecard; provide a framework to conduct organizational DEI assessments; assist organizations in the development of DEI business case and perform DEI economic impact analysis; and publish periodic DEI standards and top performers by industry segments.

DEI outcomes are best achieved when organizations have adequate and automated processes. COMPASS Institute has strategic partnerships with industry leading DEI software and system providers. As such, it may advise and recommend DEI solutions and assist organizations to implement processes that enable measuring, reporting and achieving DEI results. We look forward to seeing you this year.
