Carter Lloyds
Chief Product and Marketing Officer at QADDriven by a passion and deep belief in the ability of technology to change our world, CARTER LLOYDS is the Chief Product and Marketing Officer at QAD where he has dedicated 18 years to helping manufacturers and supply chains through the application of technology. His focus is the development of a market-driven roadmap that meets customers' needs for greater efficiency, agility and resilience; both now and in the future. Carter is APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and an APICS Supply Chain Operations Reference Professional (SCOR-P). He received his PhD in Business Strategy from the University of Southern California in 2001.
Mallory Buck

With over 15 years experience in Project Management and Operations, Mallory Buck is able to understand the customers complex challenges while also helping them visualize their path forward. As a Project Manager in high-tech manufacturing she worked directly with OEMs and had to be swift and decisive when facing supply chain constraints, unpredictable customer demands, and an ever evolving shop floor. As a Sales Engineer Mallory has tackled the breadth of QAD’s portfolio, focusing on QAD’s Adaptive ERP, she has specialized in production, planning, asset management, purchasing, inventory management, and shipping. Most recently she has expanded her repertoire to include Demand and Delivery, GTTE, and Process Intelligence. Mallory’s goal is to create impactful end to end solutions for QAD’s customers.
Tanya Cannon
Sr. Business Systems Consultant at Adaptivity, Inc.Tanya Cannon has over 40 years of varied roles working with manufacturing companies. Her primary area of expertise has been in Materials and Supply Chain Management, and she has served as Director of Education and President of the Mid-Carolina ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management - formerly APICS). Tanya has been ASCM/APICS CPIM (Production and Inventory Management), CSCP (Supply Chain Professional) and CLTD (Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) certified, and is also a certified ASCM instructor. In addition to her broad background and knowledge in materials and supply chain, she also knows the QAD product having been a QAD user, trainer and consultant and completing four successful QAD implementations since 2014.
Rachel Chung

Rachel works to expand the reach of partner offerings within the Office of Finance, with a focus on driving customer value through Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) solutions. Rachel recognizes the significance of utilizing digital transformation strategies to stay competitive within the ERP ecosystem.
Carlos Colmenares
Principal Consultant at Sungate Solutions, Inc.CARLOS COLMENARES has been working with QAD across multiple verticals since the last millennium, in a variety of roles: developer, DBA, business analyst, team leader, consultant. He also has an MBA from ISU. As a result, his skillset is a blend of technical knowledge, application knowledge, business process and business acumen. This blend results in the ability to analyze the challenges that QAD users face from many different points of view. Carlos has been with Sungate Solutions since 2015.
Nectar Daloglou
President at OmegaServeNectar has been helping medium to large organizations achieve success with their Progress based enterprise application solutions for more than 20 years.
He started his IT career with Progress in 2000 at Access Commerce, integrating a Progress based configurator solution with QAD's MFG/PRO ERP system. He later joined QAD in 2003, where he helped several companies across North America succeed with their Progress and QAD implementations. Nectar became an independent DBA consultant in 2007 and founded OmegaServe (formerly Dalo Consulting Inc.) a consulting firm specialized in both Progress and QAD software.
Throughout the years, Nectar has been providing on-going DBA services, and system administration and performance tuning/troubleshooting, all with the ultimate goal of ensuring business continuity for his Progress and QAD customers. He has also been the technical lead in numerous implementation projects, including QAD rollouts, cross-platform migrations and disaster recovery planning.
Nectar enthusiastically shares his knowledge and experience within the Progress and QAD community. He is often invited to speak to Progress and QAD conferences, including the QAD Midwest User Group and Progress PUG Challenge.
Scott Dulecki
Applications Senior Leader at AutokinitonSCOTT DULECKI has been making QAD software dance since 1994. He’s worked for QAD, its partners, and its customers and has written books on QAD and Progress. In addition to presenting at QAD and Progress conferences and groups large, small, and in-between, Scott serves on the board of the QAD Midwest and Southeast User Groups as well as the Michigan and West Michigan Progress User Groups. He specializes in bridging the gap between technology and business, helping end users accomplish their goals while ensuring the business succeeds as well. For fun he plays drums and builds things

AMANDA GOODSON is a Senior Solutions Architect with Strategic Information Group. She brings over 20 years of experience spanning accounting, audit, supply chain, ERP implementations and project management. Amanda was the recipient of 2019 YWCA of Greater Cleveland’s Women of Professional Excellence being recognized for her extraordinary accomplishments in community service, career success and mentoring. In 2020 she was the winner of The Lubrizol Foundation’s Founders Award winner for her commitment to service in her community. Amanda earned her MBA from Saginaw Valley State University as well as her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She is currently working towards attaining her CPIM certification as well. She has a passion for Business Intelligence (BI), Teaching and Continuous Improvement.
Steven Harmelin
Manager at Progress SoftwareSteve currently manages the QAD and Pro2 Services teams in North America. Prior to joining Progress, Steve headed up a Progress-based consulting firm for 30 years which specialized in creating custom business applications, supporting existing third-party applications, and providing DBA and system administration support for national and international companies. Steve also has a degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Data/Telecom and served as Vice President of Engineering for a voice processing company.
Jeremy Heller
Senior Business Systems Analyst at Acutus MedicalJeremy Heller is a Business Systems Analyst for Acutus Medical, Inc., an arrhythmia management company focused on improving the ways cardiac arrhythmias are diagnosed and treated. Jeremy has over 7 years’ experience in the IT sector and has been the product owner for Acutus’ ERP, QMS system, and various other business systems. Jeremy has been the main point of contact when it comes to the reporting needs of Acutus Medical and his technical background has helped him learn Cyberquery and allowed him to play a key role in providing the various departments with complex reporting that could not be extracted solely from their ERP system. Jeremy attended Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University where he received degrees in Economics and Management Information systems.
Greg Jones
Sr. Programmer Analyst at ExactechGreg Jones is an experienced OpenEdge developer who started with Public Health Software Systems in 1995 and moved into the QAD world in 1997. During his two-and-a-half decades as a QAD customer he’s focused on helping QAD software meet business needs by writing custom code, wrapper programs, parallel subsystems, and even changing the odd piece of QAD code here and there. That also means that he’s had to maintain custom code over extended periods of time, including the ever-dreaded upgrades that so many companies drag their heels on. He has dealt with ever-changing requirements from a rotating set of stakeholders and the dynamic business environment we all experience.
Along the way he’s obtained hands-on experience in business analysis, project management, and software development. He even obtained a CPIM certification and an MBA to help him understand the end-users and speak their language.
David Kwo
Partner at Logan ConsultingDAVID KWO joined Logan Consulting in 2001. David works primarily on business development within the manufacturing space, focusing on both complex ERP engagements as well as technology projects surrounding mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. David excels at developing and maintaining sound business relationships. He is also responsible for building and managing alliances with world-class technology partners.
He has extensive experience in hardware and software platforms for the manufacturing industry. David has an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and received his BA in Mathematics from Indiana University.
Walter Little

DIRECTOR, SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION STANDARDS of QADElaine Marshman is the Director of Service Implementation Standards for QAD, Inc. With a background in supply chain, manufacturing and program management, she has been working for QAD for 25 years and was a QAD customer prior to joining the company. She is responsible for the creation of QAD’s Effective on Boarding methodology, and continues to ensure it reflects and supports QAD’s ever expanding portfolio of products. Having worked as part of the team to develop QAD’s Elevate program for our ERP solution, she is now working to roll QAD’s Elevate program out to our Supply Chain customers

NANCY MAJURE is the Director of Product Management at QAD for Automation Solutions, Enterprise Asset Management and Production Execution. Nancy has over 30 years of experience in the QAD manufacturing world, first as a customer and then in QAD Services, Services Management, and now R&D.
Tom Oldham
Product manager - Manufacturing Systems at CyberscienceTOM OLDHAM has worked with Progress since 1992, QAD since 1993 and Cyberquery since 2004. He spent 27 years with Mueller Industries in varying roles from Finance to I.T. Tom has managed and participated in numerous ERP and Business Analytics projects. He was largely responsible for building a robust Data Warehouse using SQL, Progress and Cyberquery to help drive Mueller’s business analytics from ad hoc reports to Sales Force CRM tools to Executive Scorecards and Dashboards. He left Mueller in 2019 as a Director in I.T. to pursue a career and passion at Cyberscience in helping clients with their reporting and analysis needs. Tom has a B.S. in Finance from Kansas State University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) as well as Certified in Financial Management (CFM).
Mark Penserini
VP of Partner Management at CorpayMark has over 25 years of operational and technical experience specializing in project management across Healthcare, Finance, and IT operations. Before Corpay, Mark was Vice President of Partner Services at Inworks servicing, LLC for six years. Mark was also a director and program manager at Molina Healthcare, focusing on their health insurance exchange. He also served as Deputy Program Manager for the Oregon Health Insurance Exchange for over three years with a $200 million budget.
Jeff Steele
Sales Engineer at QADFor over 25 years, Jeffrey Steele has been helping QAD customers get the most value and use out of their investment with QAD. Starting with the creation of QAD’s first web client (eB Desktop), he has been involved with continually improving the user’s experience with QAD. His current role as a Sales Engineer pairs well with QAD’s Enterprise Platform and the exciting Adaptive ERP.
