2024 Annual Summer Meeting

This year's Annual Summer Meeting will be held at the historic Omni Bedford Springs in Bedford, PA! Join your fellow prosecutors from across the Commonwealth for valuable educational sessions and networking.

Accommodations

The historic Omni Bedford Springs Resort is nestled in the Allegheny Mountains of south - central Pennsylvania. Each of the 216 impeccably appointed guest rooms and suites features modern amenities mingled with classic accents to create an immersive and pampering experience.

A block of double-occupancy rooms has been reserved for the convenience of our attendees at the rate of $271+tax per night. The group rate includes one night's lodging and one complimentary breakfast for the following morning. Lodging for children of age 17 and younger is complimentary when staying in the same room with parents.

The deadline for room reservations is June 7, 2024. All room reservations must be made directly with the Omni Bedford Springs at 1-800-THE-OMNI. Please mention the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association to receive the group rate. Click here​ to make your room reservation online.

Registration

The registration deadline is June 7, 2024. Payment of the registration fees must be received by PDAA headquarters prior to the conference. Please mail your registration form and check to 2929 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110. You may also email your registration form to pdaa@pdaa.org. To register online, click the Register button at the top of the page and choose from the available tickets.

Cancellations

Those who cancel on or before June 28, 2024 by 4:30 PM will be refunded the full registration fee. To cancel, please email Támara Heagy at theagy@pdaa.org. No refunds can be issued for cancellations received after June 28, 2024 at 4:30 PM. Those who have not paid will still be required to send payment. As always, substitutions are allowed for persons who have to cancel after the cancellation date.
