The Ted and Clara Gentry Scholarship was established in 1984 by Trust Agreement from the Estate of Theodore Marion Gentry. Ted "Doc" Gentry owned and operated Arkansas Meter, a water distribution and wastewater collection supply company, located in Cabot Arkansas. Donations to the scholarship are encouraged and made annually in memory of the Gentrys. A total of eight scholarships are awarded annually.
