Tanya Cannon has over 40 years of varied roles working with manufacturing companies. Her primary area of expertise has been in Materials and Supply Chain Management, and she has served as Director of Education and President of the Mid-Carolina ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management - formerly APICS). Tanya has been ASCM/APICS CPIM (Production and Inventory Management), CSCP (Supply Chain Professional) and CLTD (Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) certified, and is also a certified ASCM instructor. In addition to her broad background and knowledge in materials and supply chain, she also knows the QAD product having been a QAD user, trainer and consultant and completing four successful QAD implementations since 2014.

CARLOS COLMENARES has been working with QAD across multiple verticals since the last millennium, in a variety of roles: developer, DBA, business analyst, team leader, consultant. He also has an MBA from ISU. As a result, his skillset is a blend of technical knowledge, application knowledge, business process and business acumen. This blend results in the ability to analyze the challenges that QAD users face from many different points of view. Carlos has been with Sungate Solutions since 2015.

Nectar has been helping medium to large organizations achieve success with their Progress based enterprise application solutions for more than 20 years.

He started his IT career with Progress in 2000 at Access Commerce, integrating a Progress based configurator solution with QAD's MFG/PRO ERP system. He later joined QAD in 2003, where he helped several companies across North America succeed with their Progress and QAD implementations. Nectar became an independent DBA consultant in 2007 and founded OmegaServe (formerly Dalo Consulting Inc.) a consulting firm specialized in both Progress and QAD software.

Throughout the years, Nectar has been providing on-going DBA services, and system administration and performance tuning/troubleshooting, all with the ultimate goal of ensuring business continuity for his Progress and QAD customers. He has also been the technical lead in numerous implementation projects, including QAD rollouts, cross-platform migrations and disaster recovery planning.

Nectar enthusiastically shares his knowledge and experience within the Progress and QAD community. He is often invited to speak to Progress and QAD conferences, including the QAD Midwest User Group and Progress PUG Challenge.

SCOTT DULECKI has been making QAD software dance since 1994. He’s worked for QAD, its partners, and its customers and has written books on QAD and Progress. In addition to presenting at QAD and Progress conferences and groups large, small, and in-between, Scott serves on the board of the QAD Midwest and Southeast User Groups as well as the Michigan and West Michigan Progress User Groups. He specializes in bridging the gap between technology and business, helping end users accomplish their goals while ensuring the business succeeds as well. For fun he plays drums and builds things

AMANDA GOODSON is a Senior Solutions Architect with Strategic Information Group. She brings over 20 years of experience spanning accounting, audit, supply chain, ERP implementations and project management. Amanda was the recipient of 2019 YWCA of Greater Cleveland’s Women of Professional Excellence being recognized for her extraordinary accomplishments in community service, career success and mentoring. In 2020 she was the winner of The Lubrizol Foundation’s Founders Award winner for her commitment to service in her community. Amanda earned her MBA from Saginaw Valley State University as well as her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She is currently working towards attaining her CPIM certification as well. She has a passion for Business Intelligence (BI), Teaching and Continuous Improvement.

Steve currently manages the QAD and Pro2 Services teams in North America. Prior to joining Progress, Steve headed up a Progress-based consulting firm for 30 years which specialized in creating custom business applications, supporting existing third-party applications, and providing DBA and system administration support for national and international companies. Steve also has a degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Data/Telecom and served as Vice President of Engineering for a voice processing company.

DAVID KWO joined Logan Consulting in 2001. David works primarily on business development within the manufacturing space, focusing on both complex ERP engagements as well as technology projects surrounding mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. David excels at developing and maintaining sound business relationships. He is also responsible for building and managing alliances with world-class technology partners.
He has extensive experience in hardware and software platforms for the manufacturing industry. David has an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and received his BA in Mathematics from Indiana University.

TOM OLDHAM has worked with Progress since 1992, QAD since 1993 and Cyberquery since 2004. He spent 27 years with Mueller Industries in varying roles from Finance to I.T. Tom has managed and participated in numerous ERP and Business Analytics projects. He was largely responsible for building a robust Data Warehouse using SQL, Progress and Cyberquery to help drive Mueller’s business analytics from ad hoc reports to Sales Force CRM tools to Executive Scorecards and Dashboards. He left Mueller in 2019 as a Director in I.T. to pursue a career and passion at Cyberscience in helping clients with their reporting and analysis needs. Tom has a B.S. in Finance from Kansas State University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) as well as Certified in Financial Management (CFM).

His current role as a Sales Engineer pairs well with QAD’s Enterprise Platform and the exciting Adaptive ERP.
