In 2019, she was honored as the Women of Professional Excellence by the YWCA of Greater Cleveland for her community service, career success, and mentoring. In 2020, she received The Lubrizol Foundation's Founders Award for her commitment to community service.

ANDY WEINSTEIN is the CEO of Integrated Systems and Services Group (ISS Group), a Business Process Improvement (BPI) software solutions developer headquartered in New Jersey. Andrew founded ISS Group in 1986 and leads the company in delivering BPI solutions to Fortune 1000 and mid-market manufacturing and distribution organizations using the QAD ERP application. Andy's strategic responsibilities include determining the vision, policies, business direction and growth objectives of ISS Group’s market focus, performing business development activities, and determining the composition of the company's product and services solutions portfolio. Prior to founding ISS Group, Andy worked in the Management Consulting Services department of a mid-sized Accounting Firm in NYC from 1981 - 1986. He has a BA in Computer Science from Rutgers University and has achieved over 40 credits toward an MBA in Information Systems Technology from Pace University. Andy has taught Business Intelligence for Supply Chain and Marketing at the Rutgers Business School and has also sat on the Industry Advisory Board at Rutgers University’s Computer Science Department.

NECTAR DALOGLOU has been helping medium to large organizations achieve success with their Progress based enterprise application solutions for more than 20 years.

He started his IT career with Progress in 2000 at Access Commerce, integrating a Progress based configurator solution with QAD's MFG/PRO ERP system. He later joined QAD in 2003, where he helped several companies across North America succeed with their Progress and QAD implementations. Nectar became an independent DBA consultant in 2007 and founded OmegaServe (formerly Dalo Consulting Inc.) a consulting firm specialized in both Progress and QAD software.

Throughout the years, Nectar has been providing on-going DBA services, and system administration and performance tuning/troubleshooting, all with the ultimate goal of ensuring business continuity for his Progress and QAD customers. He has also been the technical lead in numerous implementation projects, including QAD rollouts, cross-platform migrations and disaster recovery planning.

Nectar enthusiastically shares his knowledge and experience within the Progress and QAD community. He is often invited to speak to Progress and QAD conferences, including the QAD Midwest User Group and Progress PUG Challenge.
