Trattoria Romano- Fine Italian Dining with an expansive menu and sizable portions. Don't miss the Tiramisu!
Pasquale's- Upscale Pizzeria with wood fired pizza oven. Make sure to check out Neapolis across the street for delicious gelato.
Tong T- Thai cuisine. The Appetizers, Pad Thai and Curry dishes are all very tasty.
Rachel's- Great little spot for breakfast. Remember to check the specials board!
Audrey's Coffee House- Stop by in the morning for coffee and pastries and again in the evening for cheese boards and wine.
Tower Hill Brewery- Local brewery that often has live acoustic music. They don't serve their own food, but you can bring take out from any of the nearby restaurants!

Chophouse- Steakhouse with the typical menu offerings.
Tavern on Main- Cozy spot with ½ price appetizers from 4-6 every day.
Mews- Iconic Local Eatery famous for its 69 beers on tap.
Agave Social- Fresh Mexican in a swanky atmosphere.
Celeste- Coastal European Favorites with small plates that are fun to share.
Coast Guard House- American cuisine featuring seafood. Famous for the gorgeous ocean view along the Narragansett Sea Wall.
Crazy Burger- Small cafe specializing in burgers of all kinds, including vegan options. They also serve breakfast until 4pm.
Celestial Cafe- Seasonal menu created from local farms, fisheries and purveyors.
Matunuck Oyster Bar- Seafood Restaurant known for their selection of local oysters and oyster farm tours. You'll need reservations!
Walk along the Narragansett Sea Wall. The Towers are a perfect photo op!
Go shopping at the Wakefield Mall: small mall with stores such as the Paper Store, Wakefield Books, Pow Science Toy Store and Island Outfitters.
Stroll Downtown Main Street in Wakefield: quaint shopping (The Purple Cow, The Glass Station, Narragansett Chocolates, Therapy Boutique, Pink Pineapple), delicious dining (Mews, Tavern on Main, Purslane, Duck Press, Satang) and small business coffee shop (Caf Bar, SoCo Bakery) options.
Explore the URI campus: Make sure to check out the Quad, Union, Medicinal Gardens, Perennial Gardens, Library, and try to spot the chickens that roam near the President's House.
