2025 Logistics Conference

The 2025 Logistics Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Asheville, North Carolina. To maximize your experience, AHFA has arranged for a block of discounted rooms ($164 per night before taxes) for the dates of the conference (June 16-18). If you would like to extend your trip to Asheville, there are booking options — subject to availability — for up to three (3) days before the conference.

If you attempt to secure your reservations online​ and the calendar shows no availability for your desired dates, please call the Crowne Plaza Hotel at (844) 330-0296 and mention AHFA. If rooms are available, your reservation can be made over the phone at the same discounted price of $164 per night before taxes.

The reservation window will close on May 23 at 11:59 p.m. ET or when it has reached maximum capacity. Availability is limited, so it is important that you book your room online​ or over the phone as soon as possible.
