Discounts are available if your company is registering more than one person. If you register two people, the first person is full price and the second person receives $200 off. If you register three or more, the first person is full price and each additional person receives $400 off person. Discount excludes spouses/guests and complimentary exhibitors/sponsors. Substitutions
Request of substitution must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, June 10, 2024. The request must be submitted by the original registrant to our office. Substitutions will not be accepted by phone or after June 10, 2024.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Full refunds (excluding networking and dinner activities) will be granted until March 15, 2024 minus a $125 admin fee. No refunds will be granted after March 16, 2024. Refunds will only be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences.
