Dr Weelai, is co-founding partner of training consultancy Jix Sze & Partners LLP.

Her early childhood care and education (ECCE) career started in 1987. Her experience includes preschool management and working with infants to primary school level in student care programmes.

She has trained and mentored ECCE practitioners from local preschools on centre and education management and also on the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP). She is also experienced in higher learning and training, OJT, curriculum design and development.

Ms Julene Ong is a passionate Early Childhood Educator at Kiddiwinkie Schoolhouse @ Newton. She graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology.

Julene is currently pursuing her Masters of Early Childhood Education with the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Her areas of Interest include advocating for continuous learning of EC Educators, supporting the well-being of EC Educators and children as well as local research in the EC sector. Julene aspires to support AECES' endeavours in building a collaborative professional community.
