Her extensive experience in brand development, strategic planning, consumer insights, interactive & digital marketing, media planning, public relations and business development, is coupled with the ability and skill set to provide innovative, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking leadership to create an inclusive team environment.

Shilpi has also held senior marketing roles with Perfetti Van Melle and British American Tobacco. Shilpi has received a leadership award for exemplary contribution towards the National Polio Plus Campaign in India’s worst affected districts.

He has led the Marketing Transformation of many brands across these 4 companies.

Devinder is excited to be in a constant learning mode as the change in the world and the opportunities that are now available for Marketing of brands are profound and he still love to discover new ways of engaging with our consumers and customers.

Peggy is responsible for the go to market strategy for Asia Pacific which includes Brand Management, Marketing, Sales + Distribution, Revenue Management, Digital and Communications. Her scope covers 20 countries, 21 brands and nearly 600 hotels in the Asia Pacific region. She is focused on building the Asia Pacific customer base, localization of the loyalty program, managing a 2000+ person salesforce, digital and distribution strategies and driving hotel performance.

Prior to this role, Peggy served as Vice President, Global Operations at Marriott’s global headquarters where she leads the “Future of Meetings” global innovation initiative designed to bring next generation meeting experiences to event planners and customers. Peggy has over 13 years of experience in the hotel industry and held prior roles at Marriott in Brand Marketing and Brand Management. Prior to Marriott, Peggy held roles at GE Capital, Amazon.com and Homestead.com in Silicon Valley.
