The all member cooking competition is the most anticipated event of the festival. The 27th annual competition is open to poultry and allied members only and is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 10, 2023. The theme for the 63rd annual festival is The Chicken Strip - Las Vegas. We can't wait to see how everyone brings the strip alive! Will there be a Pink Chicken? Chicken's Palace? Planet Poultry? All we know is that what happens on the strip, stays on the strip!
Make plans to participate in our annual festival golf tournament. The golf tournament will be take place on Friday, June 9, 2023 on 3 courses: Bella Vista Country Club, Highlands, and Scotsdale. Prizes will be awarded for 1st-3rd place, closest to the pin and longest drive. Must be registered and paid in advance. On-site registration not available.

The annual bass tournament will take place at Prairie Creek Marina, Beaver Lake on Friday, June 9, 2023.
Sign up as a 2-person team. Compete for a chance to win biggest bass, total weight and smallest bass. Prize money awarded to 1st-3rd place. On-site registration will be available.

Registration Policies
The annual trap shoot will take place on Friday, June 9, 2023 at Outlaw Ridge in Pineville, MO.
Participants will compete on a team of 5 individuals. Participants will rotate between 8 stations, shooting sporting clays. Legacy National Bank will be onsite to host the Grand Prize Raffle giving participants the opportunity to win $1,000 and $500.
Lunch will be provided at the conclusion of the tournament along with awards, door prizes and the Grand Prize Raffle. Make plans to join us before it is sold out!

Registration Policies
Women in Poultry presents a Roaring Royale Affair. Join us June 9, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Rogers Convention Center for brunch and networking with women in the poultry industry. Activities to include: fun games, door prizes, photo booth and more. Make plans to join us or support the women of the industry by committing to a sponsorship today. Attendees will receive a special Women in Poultry t-shirt.
Joining us as emcee is Taliyah Brooks, professional athlete, sports host and Arkansas Razorback.
Ladies are encouraged to dress to the nines in sequins & feathers which could include sequined flapper costumes, and beaded or feather headbands. The best dressed lady will be entered for a chance to win 2 backstage passes to meet the festival entertainment!

Registration Policies
For over 20 years, The Poultry Federation has provided scholarships to deserving young people interested in pursing a career in the poultry and egg industry. All proceeds (100%) from the auction are applied to The Poultry Federation scholarship fund and provide support to the 4-H and FFA chapters in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
In 2022 the Federation hosted their 26th Annual Allied Industries Scholarship Auction which raised a record amount of $120,000. TPF awarded a total of $182,000 in scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year to 19 undergraduate and 17 graduate students in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
This year, we hope to raise $130,000. Our goal is to have 30 live auction items and 100 silent items.
