Within the corporate space, Eddie in his previous role was the Head of Learning & Development of a multinational Insurance company based in Malaysia. He has led the organization in culture transformation, change management and mindset change in embracing digital transformation in 2018.
At present, he is the founder of Bumble B Solutions and co-founder of One Percent Training Solutions. His experience and exposure in the L&D space has enabled him to be resourceful, creative, and nimble in helping individuals and businesses reach their goals.
