Eddie is a passionate L&D practitioner since 2006 with a proven track record of helping leaders build meaningful conversations that lead to strong business acumen and organizational success. He is a creative problem solver who looks at challenges as opportunities for growth and expansion of knowledge. He is a firm believer of innovation is the ability to see change as an opportunity and advocates this in every interaction and assignment he undertakes.
He is a capability building enthusiast with a keen interest in growing people and making the learning space fun, interactive and impactful. Eddie was a TEDx speaker in 2017 which has given him great exposure in the public speaking space.
Within the corporate space, Eddie in his previous role was the Head of Learning & Development of a multinational Insurance company based in Malaysia. He has led the organization in culture transformation, change management and mindset change in embracing digital transformation in 2018.
At present, he is the founder of Bumble B Solutions and co-founder of One Percent Training Solutions. His experience and exposure in the L&D space has enabled him to be resourceful, creative, and nimble in helping individuals and businesses reach their goals.

Wendy is a Leadership Performance Coach dedicated to doing what she does best expanding leadership mindsets and behaviours for higher performance and engagement.
She specializes in supporting leaders, i.e. C-Suite Executives, Global & Regional Leaders, Business Owners, and their teams through transitions, especially in times of change. Wendy wears many hats, and her passion for development is all-encompassing. She is the Managing Partner for Petadiri Leadership which focuses on talent development through executive coaching, team facilitation and training.
Her work as Chairman for the International Coaching Week, Malaysia (ICW 2019) was globally recognized for breaking new milestones that contributed to the Chapter earning Il l-lonoureell for the first time in 18 years!
She is the Regional Director of The People At Work, the senior executive search expert with active networks across
Wendy sits on the Executive Committee of Women of Will, a non-profit organization that aims to address the economic empowerment of disadvantaged women in Malaysia. She contributes to national publications such as The Straits Times, The Edge, Astro Awani and more.
Prior to her current role as Managing Partner of Petadiri Leadership, Wendy had over 25 years of multinational corporations growing businesses across Asia.

Susheela has extensive knowledge of development, change and psychodynamics, across systems and organisations, gained over two and a half decades of leadership across a diverse set of organizations in the corporate, international organizations and social sectors.
This gave her the framework through which she helps empower people to step back, strategically explore their work, its dynamics, and instigate new behaviours and activities.
Inspired by impending women empowerment and community opportunity, she is focused on helping to build solutions that are proportionate to the community, and associated social, challenges ahead.

She assist in building systems and organisations for social and women empowerment. All of the work she has performed are focused on understanding the sectoral, organisational and social dynamics at play in furtherance of solving complex social and environmental challenges. This requires a deep understanding of issues of ownership, governance, policy, entrepreneurship and finance in everything in the work she does.
