Rozaine is a Business and Organizational Psychologist and the Founder of Forté Consultancy Pvt Ltd. (www.forteconsultancy.org) She has worked with diverse groups of people from different levels in organizations in Sri Lanka, the UK, Australia and Abu Dhabi. She has worked within the areas of HR services, banking, hospitality, education, apparel, advertising, media, food and beverages, aviation and non for profit. She has been a consultant to 60 private, multinational and public organizations on various projects ranging from building human potential, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, training and development, coaching, career guidance and counseling services, planning for retirement, and business analytics. Working alongside a team of medical professionals, she is a partner in WHEALTH, an organizational wellness initiative.

She is a columnist for Sunday Times on contemporary work issues and has authored many research papers and the books including ‘From Crisis to Character’-a handbook to navigate day to day challenges at work, and the State Literary and Gratiaen Award nominated novel ‘Colours of the Sun’. She is the co-author of ‘RockStars’ (www.therockstarcoaches.com), a book presenting the P3 GROWTHS Coaching model through the narrative of two men and their journey towards career and life fulfillment.

At present, Malik is a Director at MAS Kreeda and overlooks product creation , Product innovation, Process innovation and Manufacturing automation. He is also responsible for establishing and overlooking the MAS Kreeda Campus which will house all teams serving the Nike brand.
 
MAS Kreeda which is a dedicated vertical to service Nike Inc. is currently a USD 350 Mn revenue generating venture with aspirations to achieve USD 500Mn by 2020. It is a subsidiary of MAS Holdings, a world leader in apparel manufacturing and innovation, having an international reach across 16 countries with over 95,000 employees.
 
Malik began his career at MAS in 2005 as the General Manager at MAS Synergy, which is the lead apparel factory for Nike globally. In 2008 he became the Business Director and was responsible for the Nike Customer and P&L. Malik was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer for MAS Active in 2015 where he managed all sports brands and the product creation and design centre in Katunayake.
 
Malik’s professional life began as a Stock Broker in 1991, however his entry into the Apparel sector in 1997 gained him 21 years of experience. His 15 years with MAS has granted him with an in-depth knowledge in to the industry from product development, marketing, manufacturing and innovation aspects.
 
Malik is a marketing professional having received an executive education at ISEAD, CCL (Centre for Creative Leadership) and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University.

His passion towards sports and fitness began at a young age contributing to his interest in a variety of sports throughout his school and adult years. Malik plays indoor and outdoor cricket and has represented the country at international tournaments in the recent past. He competes in swimming and athletics at masters level events and enjoys playing golf and squash on the occasion. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as surfing, windsurfing and snorkelling during his spare time.
 
Malik serves in a number of committees for his alma mater to this day in Cricket, Rugby and Golf and is a Sports advisor and mentor to Gateway College group. Malik is also the head of the MAS Sports council and has obtained the 3Dimensional Coach the Coachers Certification from the 3D Institute in New York.
 
Malik spends most of his time supporting Communities and the Youth and is an active member of his church sports & physical wellbeing council. He is also part of the global movement  “The World Needs A Father”, co-founded by Cassie Carstens, the rugby chaplain to the Springbok team from South Africa who won the 1995 World Cup.
 
Malik is a theatre and performing arts enthusiast who enjoys all forms of art. He is an ardent reader who also likes to keep himself informed and current.

Mr. Murtaza Esufally counts more than 27 years of experience in senior management levels. He is the Chairman of Hemas Hospitals (Pvt) Ltd and Hemas Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd, and is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Centre for Poverty Analysis. He was also appointed as the Managing Director of Morison PLC, a pharma manufacturing company of the Group.

Chandi is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Virtusa Pvt. Ltd, where she is responsible for the Sri Lanka geography and global Transportation, Manufacturing and Independent Services SBU. Prior to this, Chandi was at MAS Holdings in the role of General Manager – Group Learning & Development for 11 years, and in the startup team of Cosi inc,. New York which went public in 2001 (NASDAQ: COSI).
She was awarded the HR Leadership Award by the Asia Pacific HRM Congress in 2014 and was recognized as Echelon Magazine’s list of 50 Most Powerful Women in Sri Lanka (2015). In 2016, Chandi was conferred the Women Leadership Achievement Award by the World Women Leadership Congress. In addition, Chandi was recognized as one of Asia’s most innovative HR tech leaders by the Asia Pacific HRM Congress (2018).
She has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her Master’s in Business Administration and has also attended executive education programs conducted by the INSEAD business school.
Chandi serves as a board director of SLASSCOM, a board director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka, a council member of the EFC and is the immediate past president of the American Alumni Association of Sri Lanka. In addition, she was a board director of the Association of Human Resource Professionals of Sri Lanka in the recent past.
