Representatives of an Ordinary Member (Corporate Member) and an Associate Member (Individual Member) are all welcome to join this online session.

2) Minutes of the AGM 2019

3) Review of Activities Report 2019

4) Approval of Balance Sheet and P&L 2019 and discharge of liability BOD and Executive Director

5) Nomination of the auditor

6) Election of NTCC Board Members 2020-2022

7) Election of NTCC President 2020-2022

8) Election of two NTCC Vice-Presidents 2020-2022

9) Any other business

10) Closing

According to the NTCC Bylaws, only Permanent Representatives of an Ordinary Member (Corporate Member) can cast his/her vote during the meeting. In case of his/her absence, Alternate Representative of an Ordinary Member (Corporate Member) who attend the meeting can cast the vote on his/her behalf.

Ordinary Members (Corporate Member) who can't join the session may sign the proxy form​stating name of other Ordinary Member (Corporate Member) who can vote on their behalf and send it to membership@ntccthailand.org by Friday, April 24, 2020.
