John has over 25 years experience working in both high growth IT companies and consultancies at executive and board level. Specialising in strategy, business case development and technology diligence, John has advised many leading organisations in both the private and public sectors.

John provides strategic consultancy to key clients on a range of matters, improving performance through a combination of business transformation and specialist technology adoption, often related to GIS or location. John also oversees Informed Solutions business strategy.

Seth has been the Programme Director of award-winning programmes both in the UK and internationally and regularly speaks at UCL, Portsmouth, Manchester and Edinburgh universities. He is an elected member of techUK’s Public Sector Board, has been a national Council Member of the UK Association of Geographic Information, and is an active member of the Parliamentary Information Technology Committee and Digital Leaders network.

Seth is passionate about helping organisations deliver outstanding results and he maintains personal involvement in a global portfolio of clients in the government and energy sectors, advising executive teams on transformation strategy and programme design.
