Jesehl Charles Basco has worked in various roles in the technology industry. In 2021, they began their current role as Chief Technology Officer at AHG Lab. Prior to this, they were the General Manager at Orange Suites Serviced Apartments from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they were a SAP MM Analyst at Accenture from 2011 to 2015.

Jesehl Charles Basco attended the University of the Philippines from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, specializing in Development Economics.

Atty. Jocel Isidro S. Dilag is a lawyer-innovator who acts as a strategic advisor and enabler for
startups, progressive businesses, and especially manufacturer-exporters from the creative
industry for more than a decade. His professional involvements include leading the tax and tech
practice of Leflegis, an organization he co-founded with lawyers dedicated to upholding the
fundamental principles of democracy, continuously disrupting the legal landscape by innovating the way legal service are delivered while maintaining the integrity of the practice's principles.

He is also a co-founder of Bughaw Creative Collective - a startup making waves in the creative
industry by becoming the go-to strategic partner of Filipino Creative Enterprises for their
development, expansion, and sustainability through data-driven, tech-enabled, and innovative
business solutions. Bughaw also houses its research institute, BRIDGE CREATIVES, which is
trailblazing the utilization of data science, through market research and analysis, made by Filipinos,
for Filipinos.

Atty. Dilag is also a Senior Lecturer at the UP College of Law, teaching commercial, property, tax,
and international law; a Business Legal Mentor for several startup incubators, and an expert
facilitator of corporate training, seminars, and interactive workshops both here and abroad. He is
proactive in policy-making, initiating dialogues with government institutions, private associations,
and business owners, crafting strategies that contribute to the grand goal of uplifting the lives of
Filipinos through a fair and just economic playing field.

He credits the foundation of his momentum to the University of the Philippines where he obtained
his Juris Doctor degree and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, where he
graduated with Latin honors (Cum Laude). It was at the University that he started his passion for
finance, tax, and emerging technologies. He then furthered his expertise at the Asian Institute of
Management (AIM), under the Master of Science in Innovation and Business program where he was
a recipient of the Highest Distinction Honors for academic excellence. As an international
educational institution, AIM served as his sandbox, enabling him to develop and test his newfound
frameworks for business assessment, risk management, and strategy design made for the 4th
Industrial Revolution.

Oliver Xavier “Oliver” A. Reyes has been a member of the Philippine Bar since 2002. He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Philippine Law Journal.

He previously worked for the Supreme Court of the Philippines as a Judicial Staff Head. During his service with the judiciary, he was the Secretary for the Sub-Committee on Rules for Special Commercial Courts and participated in the drafting of the Manual of Judicial Writing.

Oliver then worked with the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative as Senior Program Manager, working on a project for the automation of Philippine trial courts, and with the Southeast Asia Internet Freedom Project, which built the capacity of lawyers in the region to litigate cases involving freedom of expression online and online privacy.

A co-founder of the internet rights advocacy group Democracy.Net.Ph, Oliver is also currently a Policy Officer with the Law, Technology, and Policy Program of the University of the Philippines Law Center.

At present, he is a professorial lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law, the De La Salle University College of Law, and the Lyceum of the Philippines College of Law.
