Stefan Chapman
Founding Partner at SCM LegalStefan relocated to Myanmar in late 2011, making him one of the first internationally trained transaction lawyers based in the country. Stefan has assisted many foreign investors in establishing and supporting their ongoing operations in Myanmar, particularly in the infrastructure and telecommunications sector. He has contributed to some of the largest M&A transactions in the country. Stefan was involved with the drafting of the Myanmar Investment Rules for the government and amassed considerable experience working with authorities in the investment space.
Chaw Mon Tun
Legal and ESG Director of Delta Capital IM LtdChaw has been with Delta Capital since 2021, responsible for overseeing legal and ESG matters at both the fund level and the corporate level. Her extensive experience in the field of ESG involves providing support in relation to the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Environmental, Social & Governance Management System and conducting ESG due diligence on target companies. Her initiatives in the field of ESG include providing strategic advisory, delivering ESG training to corporate firms, monitoring portfolio performance, implementing ESG compliance standards, and external communication with investors on ESG performance matters.
Chaw holds a Masters of Law from the University of Hertfordshire and an MBA.
