Pekka Laitinen
Senior Director, Head of Area APAC at Business FinlandPekka is a regional director (Southeast Asia and Australia) for Business Finland based in Kuala Lumpur, leading a multinational team, active currently in projects like smart forestry exports and digitization of the new capital city in Indonesia. In his previous posting as the head of the Tokyo office Pekka was involved, among other things, in Tokyo Olympics Finnish hospitality pavilion and the "Moomin" character theme park. He also has working experience from the Netherlands and Russia. Pekka graduated with a Master of Social Sciences degree from Helsinki University. He also has a MBA from the Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo.
