Shalin Kaur completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at Murdoch University in Australia and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014. Prior to joining I.N.C., Shalin worked in leading law firms in Singapore practicing commercial litigation and arbitration. As part of her transition into the corporate realm, Shalin also served as in-house legal counsel to a leading telco in Singapore, advising on technology contracts and tender documentation for projects. Shalin presently acts for clients on a wide range of cross-practice issues involving employment, data privacy, sale of goods, supply and distribution, as well as corporate commercial transactions involving joint ventures, corporate finance and company law related matters. She brings a hybrid perspective to advising corporate clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts with her background in disputes.

Veronica Salcedo studied law at the University of Deusto in Spain, before completing her Master’s degree in Legal Practice at the International University of La Rioja and gaining admission to the Spanish bar in May 2016. She initially worked as a legal advisor to a Spanish start-up company in Madrid before undertaking a further Master’s degree in Humanitarian Action at the Universities of Deusto in Spain and Uppsala in Sweden. In 2018, she moved to London where she initially worked for a Spanish law firm, and later joined an in-house legal team where she primarily worked on commercial and corporate matters. She joined Luther in February 2020.

Yves van Brussel is an Attorney-at-Law admitted to the Belgian Bar since 2015. He studied law at the University of Antwerp, Belgium and obtained an LL.M. in International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) in 2015. He started his career in the tax department of an international law firm in Brussels, worked in Luxembourg and is based in Singapore since 2018. Yves van Brussel has authored multiple publications including an IFA Singapore branch report and regularly speaks at conferences. He joined Luther in 2020.
