Having lived and worked across the globe including, Europe, Middle East, India and currently South East Asia; he brings to the company over 15 years of management and entrepreneurial experience gained predominantly in the luxury retail, real estate, and technology sector.

Ilyas has a successful business track record with proven experience ranging from small startups to large multinational corporations with new and demanding initiatives. He brings years of experience as an entrepreneurial business owner.

Ilyas holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and International Businesses and Executive Masters in Luxury Brand Management from IED Milan.

Ilyas also posseses Executive Program in Business Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School (HSB).

Kelvin's experience started in the Information Technology sector that spanned 10 years working with Compaq, Toshiba Data and Compuware; The 5th largest software company at that time.
Kelvin then spent a decade in the financial industry with Standard and Poor's managing the sales team for the Asia Pacific region before joining Cambridge Assessment. In between, Kelvin committed some time working on the e-commerce marketplace for the marine industry and tourism sector.

Kelvin holds to this belief "successful people look for ways, those who fail to look for excuses".  Outside of work, Kelvin adores his supportive wife – in his opinion, the best cook and together they have two beautiful children.  Kelvin graduated from the University of London with Honors in Management Studies. Kelvin supports Nottingham Forest Football Club since the late 80s, probably the only Singaporean to support them.
