Giulia Sartori is an Oxford graduate with a bachelor in Economics and a MSc in Environmental Management. She started her career working on emission reduction projects in London and eventually landed in China where she worked for 5 years. Her experience include working for the Danish Government on renewable projects and acting as Deputy Head of the Indonesia Green Growth Program with a mandate to support the Indonesian Government in developing a sustainable and more green economic mid-long terms growth models.

In 2017 she decided to switch career and create the first vegan, gluten free, all natural snack company in Indonesia called Mia Chia (www.miachiasnack.com)

With no prior experience in food production, sales, marketing, building Mia Chia has been far from easy but one that proves and career changes and reinvention is possible.
