Program Coordinator, Business for Water Stewardship at Bonneville Environmental Foundation
Tyler joined BEF in 2023 as the Business for Water Stewardship Program Coordinator. He strives to understand watershed conditions by conducting basin research and collaborating with in-basin partner organizations. He aims to deliver long-term, high-impact and equitable solutions to ecosystems and their communities through strategic project portfolio management.
Prior to joining BEF, Tyler spent years in the public sector analyzing water rights throughout Idaho, gaining a deep understanding of the intersection of water policy and management in the Western US.

Scott develops conservation partnerships that improve water stewardship. He offers technical and strategic oversight to ensure that these partnerships are effective and aligned with the funding partners’ goals.
Prior to joining BEF, Scott spent more than two decades working on river restoration throughout the Pacific Northwest. At the Deschutes River Conservancy, he established some of the nation’s first streamflow restoration projects and built a host of collaborative conservation partnerships with cities and irrigators. He later managed regional efforts to restore streamflow throughout the Columbia and Klamath River Basins.
