Dear EMEAA Team,


Welcome to our 2024 Extended EMEAA Leadership Team meeting.


2024 is a critical year in the evolution of Element EMEAA.


Last year, we really showed we could organically grow our business at above market levels with margin progression. We did this with a combination of strong pricing, market share gains and new capabilities coming on line.


2024 is a test to demonstrate that we can do it again – double digit organic growth with margin improvement. I am confident that we can deliver it. After H1, we are on track.


2024 is also critical for us to build the momentum for our next stage of growth. In Seville, we will spend time with a core EMEAA team of about 30 leaders from multiple Business Units and geographies. In order for us to succeed in our ambition to grow significantly ahead of the market, we will need to be fully aligned as a high-performance team, with a strong ownership culture and commitment to delivery.


We will focus on 5 key topics:


  • Element Operating Principles
  • Leadership in EMEAA
  • How to better leverage Technology for improved efficiency and customer experience
  • Organic Growth – understand the levers to accelerate
  • Customer Experience
