As Chief Executive Officer, Jeff is responsible for providing long term strategic planning and day to day leadership for the organization. Jeff works with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish and achieve business objectives consistent with the core values and mission of the organization.
Jeff took his first tour of TCH’s facility in 2010 and was immediately drawn to its compelling mission. He subsequently served on the TCH board of directors for seven years, including two years as its chairman. Jeff has a B.A. from Boston University and a J.D. from the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law. Prior to becoming TCH’s CEO, he practiced management side labor and employment law at a local and national law firm, where he held various leadership positions.

Michelle Cirocco is the Executive Director of Televerde Foundation and the Chief Social Responsibility Officer for Televerde. She joined Televerde in 1999 and has held several leadership positions including Chief Marketing Officer. Michelle was recently named a World-Changing Woman in Conscious Business by Conscious Company magazine. Her journey of transformation was also featured by Forbes in a two-part interview.
Michelle is a strong customer champion with a tireless commitment to using business as a force for good. Michelle earned her MBA from Arizona State University where she also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Services Leadership. She holds multiple certifications from SiriusDecisions. Michelle is an avid TED fan and organized and hosted TEDxPerryvilleCorrectional, the first TEDx to be held in an Arizona prison. The event looked behind the curtain of incarceration to show the potential that exists in providing second chances. Michelle dedicates a significant amount of her free time giving back to her local community by volunteering for the Phoenix Rescue Mission and Athena International. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and MBA Women International.

Maghen Hannigan (Director, Multi-Vendor Solutions of Tech Data)

As a twenty-year Tech Data veteran, Maghen leads Program Management and Sales Execution efforts around Multi-Vendor Data Center Solutions for Tech Data’s Advanced Solutions division.

Her teams support Vendors and Customers driving new programs, sales execution of complex integrated systems (Converged, Hyper-Converged, and Custom Data Center Solutions) as well as emerging business models.
The group was designed through a cross-functional initiative aimed to grow the Converged business at scale while reducing the complexity to the vendor and customer community.

These efforts were recognized both internally and externally receiving The Frost & Sullivan 2016 Manufacturing Leadership Award. She has since received numerous accolades for her leadership in the Converged space including 2018 Women of the Channel, 2018 Tech Data Director of the year, 2018 Circle of Excellence MVP and CRN’s 2019 Top 100 People You Don’t Know but Should. In 2019, Maghen assumed responsibility as Chair of the Tech Data Arizona Diversity & Inclusion Council. The Council focuses on driving Diversity as a core to the fabric of the Tech Data culture and connecting colleagues into the local community.

Event Moderator Jonae Harrison brings over seventeen years of legal and policy experience in government, non-profit, corporate and private practice. She is the Equity and Inclusion Manager for the City of Tempe, focusing on both internal and external initiatives and policies. Prior to joining the City of Tempe, Jonae was the Director of Equity and Special Finance Services for Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC). At CPLC, Jonae designed and implemented a program division for leveraging new federal tax legislation (Opportunity Zones) with the goal of promoting social good in the community.

Jonae has a Bachelor of Science in Languages – double major in Spanish and English – from Georgetown University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Tulane University. She also attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic.

Jonae is passionate about making waves in the desert together!

At SRP Essen is charged with applying the power of diversity, inclusion and belonging to build a more equitable and sustainable future for SRP’s customers, employees, and community.

With a career that has spanned the government, non-profit, healthcare and utility industries, Essen spent the past ten years at Mountain Park Health Center as the Senior Director of Diversity & Community Affairs, where he led the organization’s D&I and community engagement strategy.

Essen is a graduate of Valley Leadership, a Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 award recipient, a Virginia G. Piper fellow alumnus and currently sits on the boards of the Arizona Community Foundation, Diversity Leadership Alliance, and the Vitalyst Health Foundation, where he served as past Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

Essen received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and graduate degree through the National Urban Fellows Program at Baruch College in New York.
