ESG Africa Expo - trade visitor registration

The ESG Africa Expo will take place from the 1-2 October 2024. Come to source from 20 sustainability/ESG solution providers, network with hundreds of industry peers and learn about the latest developments in the sustainability/ESG sector.

Please take note of the following visitor terms and conditions

1. General Admission:

· Admission to the ESG Africa Expo Event ("the Event") is granted upon presentation of a valid QR code (which will be emailed to you if your registration is approved by the organiser)

2. Registration:

· Visitors must pre-register online and Identification may be required.

· Admission is limited to registered visitors only. Unauthorised persons will not be admitted. Registration to visit the exhibition DOES NOT grant you access to the ESG Africa conference.

3. Conduct:

· Visitors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Venue.

· The use of loudspeakers, musical instruments, or any other devices that cause noise disturbance is prohibited.

4. Health and Safety:

· Visitors must comply with all health and safety regulations at the event.

· In case of an emergency, follow the instructions given by Venue staff and Event organisers.

5. Security:

· Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security checks upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry.

· The Venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

6. Photography and Recording:

· Photography, video recording, and audio recording within the Venue are allowed only with prior permission from the Event organisers.

· The Event organisers reserve the right to use any photographs, video, or audio taken at the Event for promotional purposes.

7. Exhibitor Interaction:

· Visitors are encouraged to interact with exhibitors in a courteous manner.

· Any transactions or agreements made between visitors and exhibitors are solely between those parties. The Event organisers are not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from such interactions.

8. Liability:

· The Event organisers and the Venue shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by visitors while attending the Event.

· Visitors attend the Event at their own risk.

9. Smoking and Alcohol:

· Smoking is prohibited within the Venue except in designated smoking areas.

· The consumption of alcohol is allowed only in designated areas and must be done responsibly. Intoxicated visitors may be removed from the Venue.

10. Compliance:

· Visitors must comply with all instructions and requests made by Event organiser and Venue staff.

· Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in immediate expulsion from the Event .

11. Amendments:

· The Event organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to visitors through official channels.
