FINEX serves as the country’s highest organization of senior finance professionals. Our membership consists of more than 700 C-level or equivalent executives, including the CEOs and CFOs of top corporations, academic institutions, and start-ups and emergent businesses. It is affiliated and one of the founding members of the International Association of Financial Executives Institutes (IAFEI).
The FINEX Academy Finance Leadership Program was thoughtfully designed based on a robust competency framework for modern Finance executives to ensure that participants get a solid technical grasp of the essential topics to be covered, and their practical application in the organizational setting.
Next year, 2024, the CFO Development Committee will be launching the FINEX Academy's full suite of Senior, Executive and Emerging Finance Leadership Programs and enrollment will begin soon.
The Senior Finance Leadership Program is principally designed for Chief Financial Officers and their identified successors who are being groomed to progress into the role in the near future.
The Executive Finance Leadership Program is designed for Financial Controllers, Treasury Heads, and other Finance Executives who are one to two years away from being ready to take on the Chief Financial Officer position.
The Emerging Finance Leadership Program is designed for Finance executives who aspire to be future CFOs, aiming to jumpstart their career development for progression in the next 3-5 years.
These programs provide the link between operational finance concerns and the increasingly strategic and future-focused challenges and expectations of Finance leaders.
Featuring recognized FINEX Faculty members, the program provides unique chances to learn from those who've been in their shoes and prevailed, on top of learning from our excellent learning providers and from interacting with the rest of their cohort.
Who Should Attend
The Emerging Leadership in Finance Program is designed for Finance practitioners who aspire to be in the Chief Financial Officer Position, needing to jumpstart their development for the 3-5 years to their succession. The program provides the learning and knowledge needed to achieve operational excellence, realizing that this needs a good exposure to the broader and higher matters surrounding operations. Aside from the practical learning from our learning providers and building their social capital among the members of their cohort, the program allows the participants to have meaningful conversations with experienced Finex Faculty members in each session.
The Executive Leadership Finance Program is designed for Financial Controllers Treasury Heads, and other Finance Executives who are one to two years away from the Chief Financial Officer position. The program provides the link between their operational concerns and the increasingly strategic and future-focused expectations of them. Featuring recognized FINEX Faculty members, the program provides unique chances to learn from those who've been in their shoes and prevailed, on top of learning from our excellent learning providers and from interacting with the rest of their cohort.
The Senior Leadership in Finance Program is designed for Chief Financial Officers, Chief Executive Officers, and their identified successors who are taking the positions in the immediate future. The program provides a unique opportunity to hear from and interact with awarded and noted Finex Faculty members, aside from learning from our program's learning providers and from the network of classmates that form in the cohorts.
