Explore how to develop a cohesive, intact team to effectively work together, improve team productivity and address team dysfunction. We will use a blended model of both the Five Behaviors of a Team and the DiSC Behavioral Assessment. Both models provide powerful and approachable common language to help your team navigate improvement while building skills in areas of trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results.
This will be a hands-on facilitated workshop for your team, where multiple companies will be going through a similar facilitated process at their tables. Each team will receive a customized team report along with an individual report for each team member.
This event is for intact teams (executive team, management team, family team, owner team, etc.). Each member company may register between 2-8 team members. The cost per team member is $340 for each individual team member and $150 for the team report (only one needed per team). Registration fees include a light breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.
Deadline to register is December 20, 2024. Assessments will be sent to team members by January 2, 2025 and should be completed by January 10.
