Cassie Balk, BS, began her professional career over 20 years ago, starting as a Case Manager for individuals receiving Medicaid Waiver services and currently works as a Supervisor providing leadership support to her team in northeast Indiana. While at Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG), Cassie has provided training in various capacities including the creation of a Professional Development Workshop, a company-wide virtual training presented to case managers, waiver service providers and stakeholders. Cassie also helped develop and facilitate Powerful Parents, a leadership network aimed at educating and empowering parents supporting their loved ones receiving Medicaid Waiver services.

Anthony Hakel, BS, has worked in the human services field for over 18 years. In addition to being a national conference speaker, he provides training for agency staff and peers on leadership and management topics. Working at Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG), a virtually based company, has provided him unique opportunities to present in-person and virtually over the last 12 years. Anthony’s areas of focus include servant leadership, self-care, supervision skills, and team building skills.
