Iris has 10 years of marketing experience in agencies and consultancies in the North American and Asia Pacific markets, specialising in the luxury category. She has worked closely with brands including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, LVMH, Richemont, Ermenegildo Zegna, Christian Louboutin, Estée Lauder Companies and Ralph Lauren. Her marketing experience spans the areas of branding and communication strategy, digital strategy, market research and analysis, media and editorial planning, as well as online and offline activations. Previously based in Shanghai for over five years, Iris now resides in New York.

Based in China for the past ten years, Pablo leads a team of over 80 in successfully managing consulting, social media, e-commerce, CRM and creative projects for major luxury and premium brands. Working with international brand headquarters, regional, and local teams, he develops strategies and executes marketing activities that localise the global values of luxury brands to resonate with the nuances of the local market and consumers.
With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing & strategy and advertising, Pablo has advised over 100 luxury brands on their digital strategies both globally and locally.

Jacques oversees DLG (Digital Luxury Group)’s research and consulting business and helps brands elevate their digital strategies and digital operations in China, by adopting best practices, and designing transformation programs to accelerate performance across the Chinese digital ecosystem. Before joining DLG, he was the CEO of Pandora Greater China, an EVP at Baozun (China’s largest e-commerce operator) and the China CEO of a large fast fashion retailer. He also spent 16 years in New York, working with McKinsey and Alvarez & Marsal.
