Mr Atulomah is the managing partner of Synergy Law Partners and has acted for clients in diverse sectors and industries – technology and construction sectors, including financial technology (FinTech) groups, software and hardware solutions providers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and other actors on the technology value chain – on corporate and commercial law, including advisory, litigation, arbitration, mediation, documentation and implementation.

Mr Atulomah has been at the frontlines of corporate governance, participating actively in the processes leading up to Nigeria's first-ever corporate governance code – the Code of Best Practices on Corporate Governance in Nigeria - under the auspices of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Corporate Affairs. He was the pioneer Honorary Secretary of the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria (2004 – 2008) and had the honour of putting together the first Corporate Governance Roundtables and the Corporate Governance Summit for Banks Post Consolidation, as well as inaugurating the Journal of Corporate Governance.

Mr Atulomah is a contributor to Legal and Regulatory Aspects of Commerce (2007) and has written several articles and papers. Mr Atulomah has taught membership induction courses and authored published moot arbitration cases for the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, and teaching cases for the Lagos Business School under the World Bank/IFC Global Business Schools project. Mr Atulomah has also taught sessions in Corporate Governance, Business Law, as well as Ethics in the MBA programmes of the Lagos Business School and in the Certificate in Enterprise Management Programme of the Enterprise Development Service (both of the Pan-Atlantic University). Mr Atulomah has won awards in Private International Law and International Commercial Arbitration., and sits on the boards of a number of companies as non-executive director and is a trustee of Mensa Intelligence Quotient Society Nigeria.

Foluke Akinmoladun is the Managing Solicitor of Trizon Law Chambers Nigeria. She is a lawyer, an accountant, mediator and arbitrator. Her work experience covers both domestic and international commercial legal matters. She is a member of the panel of neutrals of a number of arbitral institutions including the Lagos Multi-Door Court House, Nigeria.
As a mediator and arbitrator, she has handled cases in finance, construction and maritime. In addition, she is a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK where she has acquired an Advanced Diploma in Accounting Business enroute to being a Chartered Accountant.

She obtained her LLB degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, in 2004. She had her Masters degree in International and Comparative Law at the American University in Cairo (AUC), Egypt in 2008.
An avid writer, she has written several papers. She is the current Director General of the African Shipowners Association of Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a Certified Management Specialist (CMS). She has served the Nigerian Bar Association Lagos Branch in several capacities and is the current Treasurer (2019-2021).
She is a member of Women's International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA) (Nigerian Chapter) and was the chief editor of the annual WISTA-Nig Journal from 2016 – 2019. She is a member of the Women in Maritime Africa (WIMAFRICA)-Nigerian Chapter. She is also a member of Young ICCA, Young ICSID, a peer reviewer for ICSID's journal and a member of YIAG under the LCIA.

Francis Ohiwere Oleghe is the Senior Counsel at F. O. Oleghe Law Firm in Lagos, Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990 received his LL.M. degree from the Lagos State University in 2008, and is currently undergoing a PhD degree at Babcock University, Nigeria, His latest article (co-authored) was indexed by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in 2023 as relevant to its work. He is actively involved in research in the field of ADR and has authored and co-authored over 30 academic articles published locally and internationally.
Francis has served as arbitrator and counsel in arbitration matters and Company Secretary to several companies in Nigeria. He is currently a Member of UNCITRAL Working Groups II and III. He was an Observer at the just concluded UNCITRAL 56th Commission Session in Vienna, Austria, an accredited Mediator at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse, a Member of the Austrian Arbitration Association, and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.

Shola Oshodi-John is the Chief Executive Officer/Registrar, and member of Faculty of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, (NICArb) first Arbitration (and ADR) institute in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has extensive experience in training, policy and change management and has served as solicitor and legal adviser to corporate and not for profit organizations. Shola is an advocate for home-grown administration and development of arbitration and Alternative Dispute (ADR) practice in Nigeria (and Africa), Editor of the first and only Journal of Arbitration published by NICArb, a regular speaker at international and national conferences on Arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She holds a degree in Law, LLB (Hons) from the Lagos State University, Lagos, BL degree from the Nigerian Law School and a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management, with a certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, USA, Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrator, member, Institute of Transnational Arbitration, and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.

Professor Abiola Sanni is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos (UNILAG). He is a thoroughbred professional with a robust multi-disciplinary background who has served in different capacities at the national and state levels. He is a member of the Presidential Fiscal Policy Tax Reform Committee (2023 till date), served as the Chairman of the National Tax Policy Review Committee (NTPRC) in 2016, and Chairman of the National Tax Policy Implementation Committee (NTPIC) in 2017. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, and a life member of the Nigerian Society of International Law. He is the editor of Introduction to Nigerian Legal Methods, a leading introductory legal text in Nigerian Universities and the West African sub-region. He is the author of Introduction to Nigerian Business Law; and the founder and publisher of the Nigerian Revenue Law Reports (NRLR) and African Tax Law Reports (ATLR), the first law reports devoted to tax cases in Nigeria and Africa respectively.

Clara Umeano, FCArb is the Managing Partner of Luminex Legal Consult and is responsible for the firm's service quality assurance and Client relationship management. Clara is active in mainstream litigation in State and Federal High Courts as well as the appellate courts with experience spanning over 19 years.
She represents a broad range of clients in disputes including actions relating to corporate law, complex commercial transactions, property law and banking law. She is well versed in dispute resolution techniques and is actively involved in litigation. She is also well versed in dispute resolution techniques and has handled major Commercial Arbitration nationally and internationally.

She is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators; as well as a member of the Institute's Faculty in Professional Training of Arbitrators. She has authored and co-authored major Moot Arbitration cases and Procedural Guidelines for conduct of Moot Arbitration for the Institute.

She has had extensive experience in conducting due diligence for Investment related transactions, and advises clients on legal and regulatory compliance and has been on team providing advice to the International Finance Corporate (IFC), World Bank on improving business establishment procedures in Nigeria. She serves as company secretary for various companies and sits as a non-executive director on some company boards.
