Chris Wren now has 22 years of business experience related to Indonesia.
Chris' in-country experience includes start-ups, turnarounds and business development across most sectors and with particular commercial experience in education collaborations. Chris has held executive and non-executive board positions including as Director for PT South East Asia Business Institute and acting as Commissioner for PT The Reds Indonesia ahead of LFC's SE Asia tour. His in-country experience and understanding of 'how to do business' is vast across all sectors. He nurtures BritCham's extensive private and public sector business networks and can usually assure access at the highest levels.
He is a co-founder of BritCham's Giving Kids A Sporting Chance community portfolio and has been actively involved in field hockey development at grass-roots levels.
Chris is happy to represent businesses during their market access and early development in Indonesia. “I will be particularly pleased to meet experienced British exporters looking at Indonesia businesses with interesting and useful technologies that could be attracting as a part

Nick is an intellectual property (IP) consultant with Rouse, based in Indonesia.  He is the IP Team leader for the IP workstream in the UK Government’s FSIP project. An IP professional for over 25 years he has worked in IP in Asia and Europe. Intellectual Asset Management said of him in 2020 “Redfearn is a favourite among international clients who value his extensive regional experience.”

Ginny Ferson OBE is the Head of Economics and Digital at the British Embassy Jakarta. She previously served as Deputy Governor of Bermuda for almost 5 years. She was also appointed to St Helena as UK Government Special Representative: Wass Inquiry in 2016. She was awarded an OBE by HM The Queen for services to child safeguarding in the UK Overseas Territories. A career diplomat since 1987, she has served in a number of roles in various overseas postings, most notably as Deputy Governor of Pitcairn while she was simultaneously First Secretary at the British High Commission in Wellington, New Zealand and then subsequently British Consul-General in Auckland, New Zealand. Ginny has also served in Mauritius, Luxembourg, South Korea and Pakistan and has worked on UN, Consular and Information Technology issues within the FCO in London.

Desmond is the Regional Adviser for Southeast Asia at the Intellectual Property Office of the UK (IPO UK) and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) where he leads the SE Asia IP network to deepen the UK’s international trade and IP relations overseas. He is also the IP policy lead for the UK’s Prosperity Fund programmes in region. Desmond was previously from the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) overseeing various IP industry development policy portfolios for Singapore.

She is a legal and financial professional with 12 years of experience in Asia and Europe. Neha holds a double-degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Delhi and attended King’s College, London on Chevening Fellowship.

Pankaj joined GSK in 2017.
