The workshop will provide participants with an in-depth understating of IFC clients' responsibilities and application for managing their environmental and social risks.

This second module workshop will cover the remaining 7 elements of environment and social management system (ESMS), which are: (iii) Management Programs, (iv) Organizational Capacity and Competency, (v) Emergency Preparedness and Response, (vi) Stakeholder Engagement, (vii) External Communications and Grievance Mechanism, (viii) Ongoing Reporting to Affected Communities and (ix) Monitoring and Review.
