Jacqueline Collins is a social consultant with over 10 years of experience in Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) of compliance and transaction according to the IFC Performance Standards. She has extensive experience in developing, implementing and monitoring Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS). Prior to her role in ERM, she worked as an auditor in over 40 energy, mining, infrastructure and agroindustry projects, according to the IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, IDB, ADB and CAF safeguards.
She had a stint in more than 40 Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), leading the tasks of stakeholder engagement, public consultation, and execution of interviews, focus groups and social surveys.
Jacqueline holds a BSc in Sociology, MSc in International Relations and is certified as a lead auditor in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
