Paula K. Watts, the Founder and CEO of Government Procurement Innovators, LLC (GPI).


Ms. Watts was just inducted into the Atlanta Business League, 2023 Top 100 Black Women of Influence. In the early days of her career, Ms. Watts owned and operated a highly successful business, securing around $15 million in Federal contracts through the SBA's 8(a) Business Development Program. In 2005, she made a transition and later joined the SBA in 2008. During her time as an SBA Business Opportunity Specialist, Ms. Watts played a crucial role in assisting multiple 8(a) firms to secure multi-million-dollar federal contracts. Her extensive experience in both the private sector and the SBA has given her a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the government contracting landscape, which she now uses to benefit her clients. Ms. Watts is passionate about sharing her knowledge, and she has conducted over 2000 seminars on various topics, including small business start-ups, expansions, and effective marketing strategies for the Federal government.
