One of PFIP's Trustees of the Board, ranked within the Top 20 by Involve's Global LGBTQ+ Future Leaders from 2021 to 2023, Jeiz is a proud Asian, cisgender, bisexual, neurodivergent woman who champions societal inclusion. She does this by actively influencing LGBTQ+ inclusion strategies, policies and programs through work with Employee Resource Groups, Business Leaders and Civil Society Organizations.

By profession, Gemma is Chief Executive Officer of the Hakuhodo*/BCI Group, a 27-year old, 130-man group across 4 teams in the Philippines. She led the 2018 acquisition process, managing the change and maximizing growth that are still evolving from it. As such, she drives continuous learning and human-centric creativity that is both relevant and future-ready among advertiser categories such as: Automotive, Banking and Finance, Food and Beverage, Tobacco, Electronics, Technology, Telecommunications, and various FMCGs. She is concurrently Chief Innovation Officer of Hakuhodo International Philippines. In 2023, Gemma was awarded among the first Orange Boomerangs for Digital Transformation Leadership.
GIBBY is a communications strategist with learned expertise in political communications, public relations, and advocacy campaigns. He is the Chief Storyteller and Founder of Gugma PR, a public relations group that helps advocates, movements, and changemakers build impact through empathic communications.
Gibby served as Director for Communications, and previously as Social Media Director, in the Philippine Senate, during which he led creative campaigns for the passage of landmark laws such as the Philippine Mental Health Law, the 105-Day Expanded Maternity Leave Law, and the Safe Streets and Public Spaces or ‘Bawal Bastos’ Law.
Gibby also serves as a senior consultant for The Asia Foundation and communications agency Organic Intelligence.
Marv Echipare is a proud advocate of making workplaces more inclusive. He is an Organization Development and People leader with over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 10 companies like Google and United Health Group. He was a part-time faculty of the Dept of Psychology and John Gokongwei School of Management at Ateneo De Manila University, where he also took his master’s degree in industrial-Organizational Psychology, and currently taking his PhD in Leadership studies. He was listed in Involve’s Global LGBTQ+ Future Leaders two years in a row in 2021 and 2022. He is currently the Director of People Development in Optum Philippines, Colombia, and Puerto Rico, and the Executive Sponsor of their Pride ERG.
