MUI HWA NG is an Intercultural and Management Training Consultant based in Asia. After more than a decade in the advertising industry working on consumer mindset change, in 2000, she continued the same work on People Development which she finds extremely meaningful. The training companies she works with regularly includes Aperian Global, Askii, Center for Creative Leadership and Impact International, TMA World, Cartus, Askii and Crown Relocations.

Mui Hwa’s facilitation and training repertoire covers a range of executive development programmes - Cross Cultural trainings, Cultural Diversity, Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion. She is certified in MBTI and Workplace Big 5. In recent years, she has been actively involved in developing Fair Employment Practice workshops for Singapore’s TAFEP (Tripartite Association of the Fair Employment Practices) working with local SMEs as well.
