Join us for an insightful event where we'll shed light on the upcoming requirements for U.S. companies regarding beneficial ownership reporting. Starting January 1, 2024, many companies will have to report information about their beneficial owners, i.e., the individuals who ultimately own or control the company. They will have to report the information to Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a branch of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. We'll provide a overview and guide attendees on where to access essential resources for compliance.
