Jessica has been serving families in Asia since 2003, specializing in Americans & international clients with cross border needs. She co-founded the Capital Company at the beginning of 2017 as a leading independent asset management & financial planning firm, bringing her experienced team to join a new expanded international practice.
Prior to her time at The Capital Company, Jessica co-founded EXS Capital Asia Limited in early 2008, running the firm’s wealth management practice. She served as a Responsible Officer and head of Operations and Compliance for the firm until the end of 2016. She and her team built a substantial asset management and financial planning practice during their time at EXS, which is part of the core of The Capital Company today.
Jessica is an expert in many areas including tax, financial, investments, and estate planning and specializes in serving Americans, US taxpayers and US investors living in outside the US. She and her team provide fee-based comprehensive wealth management and planning services and advise on a variety of complex family matters.
Jessica’s practice includes providing pro-bono financial planning to women facing the loss of a spouse through death or divorce and advocating for domestic workers facing healthcare or employment crises. Jessica is an avid traveler & adventure racer.

Kathryn manages Lewis Silkin’s Hong Kong office & heads up its employment practice. She advises clients in the technology, financial and professional services, retail and advertising sectors on the full range of employment issues in Hong Kong, including complicated terminations, negotiated separation agreements, restrictive covenant disputes and litigation, defending claims in the labour tribunal and courts, discrimination issues, grievances & disciplinaries, performance issues, sickness absence, redundancies and restructuring, and data privacy.
Kathryn also undertakes a broad range of cross-jurisdictional work in Asia Pacific, such as implementing partnership programmes, coordinating global employee handbook reviews and the drafting of template employment documents, overseeing litigation, coordinating multi-country data privacy projects and cross-border restructuring, carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations, and advising on senior expat relocation packages.

She has made a commitment to mentor and pass on her knowledge to future generations.
Sandra was the former Head of Legal & Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for Mercer Investments (HK) Limited.

She has advised C-suite, Steering Committees from FTSE 100 & Dow Jones index companies, such as Walgreens Boots Alliance, Bupa, KPMG & London Stock Exchange. She has experience covering strategy development, business model design, competitor analysis, market entry, partner selection, stakeholder engagement and project management across different functions. Flora has covered projects in healthcare, consumer goods and financial services and has worked in Hong Kong,
London, Beijing and Shanghai. Flora graduated from the University of Cambridge (Natural Sciences) and London Business
