Millions of people around the world are diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. The journey to diagnosis is typically filled with unanswered questions and anxiety. There may be a sense of relief when someone receives a diagnosis. However, the journey does not simply end there. People with Parkinson's disease and their family members may go through a period of grief until they reach acceptance. Join Chris as she explains Parkinson's Disease, how it is diagnosed, and expected side effects. Most importantly, she will provide insight into how people with Parkinson's can live fulfilling lives after their diagnosis!


For $5.00* – 1.0CE Credit will be awarded to Illinois nurses, social workers, professional counselors, and nursing home administrators.
