Operations at Dual CityMichael is a serial entrepreneur who memorialized his lifelong dream to invest in real estate in Missed
Ops, co-authored by Keith Nelson. The premise of the book was to help others achieve their goals while
using other’s experiences to avoid pitfalls. When founding Dual City Investments, the partners brought
the same mindset to commercial real estate investing where Michael has identified investors who are
interested in diversifying their investments by adding commercial real estate to their portfolio and who
are looking for a firm that fits their personality and investment criteria. Michaels number one focus after
identifying those investors, is building and maintaining relationships, and works diligently to always
demonstrating the quality of integrity. He is the conduit between the operational side of the house and
investors and although he has an accounting background, he realizes that nurturing relationships and
listening to investors is the foundation for growth.
Integrity has been woven through Michael’s entrepreneurial career as well as his 24 year career in law
enforcement, the majority of which was as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation
where he worked tirelessly to protect the lives and assets of the people making up the communities he
served. Michael has returned to his entrepreneurial roots, and again works with the operational side of
Dual City to grow and protect the assets of our investor family.
