With over 12 years’ experience in digital, CRM and content marketing, she has worked with clients across APAC and EMEA in various industries, including luxury hospitality, financial services, healthcare and retail. Her expertise lies in helping clients identify, understand and communicate with their target audiences to drive the strongest results.

Ken Ip is the Group Head of Marketing at B.S.C, overseeing all brand and marketing activities within its group of companies.

A seasoned marketing professional and brand communications strategist, he was formerly the Head of Marketing at Atkins, one of the world’s largest engineering and design consultancies. He was recently the marketing head for the 145-year-old design practice, Leigh & Orange.

Ken is also a popular keynote speaker, columnist and author of two best-selling titles, “Life Hacks” and “Growth Hacks”.

Having worked with clients across Europe, South America and Asia-Pacific, Daniel is a keen technologist with a particular focus on marketing technology where he has worked with Emarsys since 2011. As Managing Director for Greater China and South East Asia, Daniel leads Emarsys’ efforts across this region to manage some of the largest retail, ecommerce and hospitality companies in the region. Originally from London, Daniel has been based in Hong Kong since 2014.

Rilla has had the fortune of being able to combine her passion for education and marketing in her career. She worked in Korea for many years leading marketing of the English Language Teaching Market while at Pearson Korea. She then took a position in Hong Kong to build the marketing teams and strategies for the Asia Emerging Markets. Moving to an Edtech startup, Rilla lead the international marketing team to build brand awareness for markets in Asia and the middle East. She now leads marketing for Pearson APAC focusing on product marketing and events strategy to drive business goals.
